BALANCE OF POWER

According to my research, based on my understanding, after Cold War, the Balance Of Power (BOP) emerged when some states or scholars evaluate that after the end of bipolar system, the multipolar system appear in the new world. There are many theories and concept about Balance Of Power (BOP), and the link between international stability contexts. So, I will reveal on my research about what do BOP models suggest as necessary for international stability? First of all, I will discuss about the definition and the concept of power. There are many arguments in definition and concept of power for over long period. According to (Carey (n.d) cited in Salmon & Imber, 2008, pp. 61) “Power in international relations can be defined as the ability of one state to exert influence or control over the actions of other states.” For example, which means power influence by via war or sanctions to state and others and power also allow the state defend their own national interest and also achieve the goal.

While BOP known as one of the oldest concept in international relations. BOP also faces that too many definition and theory across international relations. Because some scholars have different way to to defined BOP because some people or scholars see BOP in policy, status, symbol or system. BOP can be seen as the primary mechanism for ordering the international system and power in equilibrium. According to (Carey (n.d) cited in Salmon & Imber, 2008, pp.63) the balance of power well known as “Equilibrium is perceived to exist relative to potential opponents.” BOP will exist if the will no dominant power of state in the world while the power is always balance for each other states.

If BOP situation exist, each states will be more peaceful and safe from warfare. How far we can see the existence of BOP? World nowadays divide by multipolar system which there are several countries well known has majorities power in the world such as U.S.A in west, British, German, Francis in Europe, China and Japan in east. Every states in particular have a differences degree in power and each state will enhance to maximize their power. Some states likes China and Japan has strength in economy, meanwhile United State of America (U.S.A) has their own capabilities in military and technology. Iran and North Korea has power in their nuclear weapon which used to research purpose and defense.

1)BOP suggest at least four or five necessary for international stability. First of all, are encouragement and allow Free Trade across the global world. BOP emphasizes the development of economic strength across the barrier globalization.
2)BOP also suggests military alliances to keep maintain for international stability.
3)BOP also suggests compete, cooperate and dependence in international relations.

BUT IN REALITY, U.SA AND ISRAEL DOMINATE THE WORLD.
BUR I RATHER CHOOSE ISLAM FOR ENTIRE OF THE WORLD.( ISLAM STATE OF THE UMMAH!!
